Perhaps they when they ultimately calculate quality score they should refund the surcharges accumulated before the got the calculation right?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[we&#039;ve seen very similar behaviour on many of our clients&#039; accounts and it is not only limited to new websites/domains. Even though the latest google figures indicate that a third of all queries are &#039;new&#039; the adwords algorithm handles these new search terms quite poorly. Even on old accounts with a really good overall QS we saw keywords such as &#039;cyber monday 2010&#039; receive a QS of 3 for the first few hours after adding them to the account. Needless to say that the combination of high search volumes and high CPCs (due to low QS) can cost advertisers significant amounts of money.   &lt;br&gt;From our observations it seems that the QS adjustments are a function of time and query volume for that search term, which can be problematic for keywords with a very seasonal search pattern.]]></description>
