Might help break down barriers between Brick and Mortar franchises and the website as well.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Most retailers are hesitant to interrupt the sales process to gather marketing data, but for short blasts to get a sample which can be extrapolated, this kind of survey can be useful.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We also recommend a call-back survey approach that can serve multiple purposes:  did your order arrive as expected?
