    Search Marketing Account Manager

    ClickEquations is looking to add a bright, energetic and experienced paid search marketing professional to our growing team. We provide web-based software and services that large advertisers and agencies use to manage their paid search campaigns. The company was founded in 2006, is venture capital backed, and based in Conshohocken, PA.

    The Search Marketing Account Manager will take a hands-on approach to this customer-focused role, taking responsibility for the overarching goal of exceeding each of your client’s expectations. You will consistently provide excellent service and represent your clients inside the organization to ensure quality. You will help our customers use the software and services that we provide to improve and optimize their paid search campaigns. You will serve as the primary contact for your clients, and coordinate with our Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support Teams to ensure customer satisfaction, You will also have input into the continued development of the software and our service offerings.

    Your specific responsibilities will include:

    • Take ownership of your clients’ success
    • Coordinate and manage the new client on-boarding process
    • Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues regarding ClickEquations and paid search in general
    • Reach out to clients proactively to offer guidance and to encourage use of our software and services
    • Provide education and training on ClickEquations and our PPC methodology
      • To fulfill these responsibilities, you will:
        • Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests internally
        • Coordinate with other teams to meet your clients’ needs
        • Serve as the single point of contact for your clients
        • Interact daily with clients via telephone, email or face-to-face
        • Consistently update our customer database

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of deep PPC search marketing experience, preferably in a search agency environment
    • 2 years Account Management / Customer Service experience
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus
    • Essential personal characteristics:

    Compensation

    Salary: commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefits package including 4 weeks of paid time off, medical, dental, life, disability, and a 401k plan.
